This study aims to analyze the effect of Work-Life Balance and compensation on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) through job satisfaction as an intervening variable among employees of PT Rizka Barakatur Rozzaq in Jakarta. The study employed a quantitative approach using a survey method. The population consisted of 44 employees, and all members of the population were used as respondents through a saturation sampling technique. Data were collected through a five-point Likert scale questionnaire and analyzed using IBM SPSS Statistics 27 through validity and reliability tests, path analysis, t-test, F-test, coefficient of determination, and Sobel test. The results indicate that Work-Life Balance does not significantly affect job satisfaction or OCB. Compensation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, but it does not directly affect OCB. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on OCB. Furthermore, job satisfaction is unable to mediate the effect of Work-Life Balance on OCB, but it is able to mediate the effect of compensation on OCB. These findings suggest that improving job satisfaction through fair and appropriate compensation can encourage employees’ OCB
